I like the room, the cleanliness.

The shuttle car to the beach and booking it through their app is not convenient. Did not receive any reply on the app and did not know where the meet up point was.

Hotel accessible to shops, restaurants. Free hotel shuttle to Boat Avenue and Bangtao Beach - very convenient. Staff allowed me to keep luggage in foyer, as we had an evening flight. Gave us clean towels to swim and use the shower in the sauna room, after we checked out. Convenient safe in room, bottles of water given daily. Welcome drink on arrival.

Squeaky, noisy beds. Narrow 15cm gap between end of beds and door to squeeze past to get to bathroom, easy to knock your toe on sliding door at foot of beds. Beds were made daily and towels changed, but no other cleaning, floors not swept, dishes not washed. No drying rack or a place to stack your dishes after washing. All extras ordered on hotel app, while efficient, everything is rationed, so can only order 2 cups, 2 plates, 2 coffee, etc. Cut off hours to order off the app. Pool was large and shaded, but right outside foyer, so little privacy. Noisy corridors and rooms, guests and staff talk and move around very loudly outside rooms, noisy car park right outside bedrooms too, so definitely no going to bed early or sleeping in late. Breakfast 495 baht, very average and limited options. Restaurant expensive, no bar menu offered for a quick snack. Restaurant staff not polite, moaned at for taking the wrong serviettes, plates not cleared. Too preoccupied setting up for the lunch. Hotel has one pool, fitness room and sauna. No other facilities or activities offered. Would expect that for price paid.
