The front desk staff were unfriendly and kept asking if I had made payment yet I paid even before arriving at the venue. They need to be competent enough to check the system and liaise with booking.com instead of doubting their customer. In fact when we arrived we had even been told the venue was fully booked and that they had blocked booking.com. Bad bad experience!
