the staff were very attentive and accommodating. the room was immaculate.

the bed was a little too stiff. it seems like the resort was geared to the corporate market, which is fine but not to the other types of travelers.

Very nice breakfast, clean and comfortable. Value for money.

Reception staff were friendly but seemed disorganized and could use more front office training. Water doesn't get hot in the showers.

"Excellent hotel - value for money"

The staff of the Hotel were the main standout reason for the hotel being an excellent place to stay. The Front office, the Restaurant, the Kitchen, the housekeeping - all staff were well groomed and ever ready to support and help.

The hotel could do with some repair and maintenance
