Eseriani The Resort

They forgot to make us pay. As we though it was already paid through booking.com, we did not ask for payment. Then the following they harassed us for payment and they do not have any visa solution to pay. This is really disappointing and definitly not professional

The staff anticipated our needs and had done it before we even asked. They were polite, courteous, and friendly.

Would have liked some sort of signage indicating the use of blue towels at the swimming pool. However, the staff provided towels and sun lounger cushions as soon as we started using the pool.

The property was nice, with big and comfortable rooms. It was located close to lake Naivasha and Hells Gate national park.

It had a very corporate touch to it, figured its popular for corporate events and workshops.

I loved the ambience, the breakfast and the food. It was great , very serene and privatwe not crowded like other hotels in the area.

Being charged for room service if I order from the room , yet the waiter still helped me carry the order to my room! Didn't make sense to me at all.
