"A good base, would book again."

A quirky place in a great location. Self-catering kitchen was useful, nice comfy bed. Managed without the ensuite fine. Nice and quiet, the only noise was from the pub and that wasn't anything to write home about.

Nothing really. Had the wrong key code but that was sorted out quickly by contacting the host.

"Cosy place in the heart of Southsea"

Fully equipped kitchen. Decent size room. Comfortable bed. Nicely decorated.

Could do with a light outside main door. Very difficult to see numbers in the dark.

The room was comfortable, clean and had a good feeling about it. Was close to waterfront and short walk to bustop. The pub being open wed-sun is bonus

There was nothing that i didnt like. If i was to be picky, the shower is small but thats very picky

Location was perfect for my stay, rooms was very good. Good having the pub on site.

TV was too big, had trouble getting to the plug for the kettle.

Best air freshner used ever, the moment i open the door it buzzed in the air. Great room (thanks for the upgrade), amazing front view in the sunny morning

Blanket could have been better as was a bit cold. Used the electric heater which helps but isn't ideal, would be good to fix central heating Parking cost a few quid but thats what to expect on the beech side unf!
