Villa Maera Ravello

Positivo: - ubicación - muy limpio - silencioso - moderno

- la ducha no tiene para apoyar - si bien cuando llegó la persona fue muy amable en el lugar al llegar no había nadie, llamamos varias veces por teléfono hasta que nos atendió y esperamos bastante. - el desayuno es de 8 a 10 am, el primer día llegamos y no había nadie esperamos hasta las 8 y 15 y nos fuimos. además lo que te sirven es muy limitado. - La primer noche el air no anduvo y tuvimos que reclamar.

Great location, very close to the Piazza Duomo, bars, restaurants and shops. The breakfast was also very good, they catered to my partner who was gluten free and the staff were really lovely and helpful throughout our stay.

The air con in our room went on and off through the night but we were in Ravello with friends staying elsewhere who had the same problem in their hotel so I think this was a power supply issue across the town and couldn't be helped by Villa Maera.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Awesome location, very close to town centre, with secure, if expensive, parking. Lovely patio area. Freshly renovated to a very high spec.

The check-in arrangements merit much better clarity. The fact that the keys need to be collected from the restaurant across the road with a subtly different name was not clear. If you are going to provide tea and coffee facilities, then you need to provide milk too.

Manca un mini frigo per tenere al fresco l acqua.

Le personnel tout à fait accueillant et aux petits soins. La chambre spacieuse, lumineuse et bien équipée avec terrasse. La situation très centrale.

We arrived late but was still able to get a delicious meal at their restaurant! The accommodations were terrific and the location is excellent! We absolutely hands down loved Ravello and Villa Maera! Knowing that we were headed out early 2 mornings, they generously packed us breakfast Togo bags! When we needed help to secure a taxi to the train station in Salerno very early in the morning, they set one up for us! We can’t say enough good things about the staff and owners! TY
