Mountain View Lodge

Beds very comfortable and cosy. Temp on shower was a little difficult room 6.

Temp on shower a little different & water extremely hot . Felt it was a risk and did almost get scalded .

Bed was very comfy & location was ideal, the kitchen was well equipped too.

In my room the curtains were hanging off the window, cobwebs the full length of the wall that backed onto the kitchen, tv neither plugged in or tuned it and filthy with dust. I had to climb onto the dressing table twice, first time to plug the TV in and second time to plug the aerial in. The bathroom ceiling had a large black patch on it and the radiator was cold at the top as it needed bled.

Was not clear that there was no bathroom attached. There was a shared bathroom. Very noisy the doors are all on strong springs and could be heard slamming late at night and first thing in morning.

Well I just brought my own breakfast. And the location was ok. Really liked having the t.v. in my bedroom.

Maybe there could have been some sort of a common room for a little bit more sociable activity
