It’s a very well maintained family run hotel and the host has been so kind taking care of us. It has a small onsen which is great for recovery after snowboarding. Delicious dinner and breakfast (Japanese homey style). Very close to the bus terminal and Lawson as well.

We stayed in the Japanese style room and once the futon beds are out (we’re a family of 4) it’ll take up most of the room.

I loved everything about the accommodation and I would highly recommend to anyone. I tried the Japanese breakfast which was different but I do like my toast with butter and jam!

The views from this hotel are incredible, and the smell of the mountains was very soothing. We loved Hakuba. The rooms were extremely comfortable, the staff was exceptional, the views were outstanding, and the hospitality unbeatable. They have an onsen on site. One of the aspects I enjoyed was the bookshelves located on the second floor. I liked looking through the books and enjoying a quiet time in Hakuba, The location of the hotel was convenient to anything you could possibly want within the city, and was a great spot for traveling to Happo-One and Togakushi. When we were leaving, the gentleman at the front desk gave us a Hakuba calendar. It made my eyes water!
