Big and spacious rooms. Big dining area, kitchen. It has a well maintained front yard.

One of the bedroom in the lower floor (near entrance) did not have an attached bathroom.

Location of the property is very much accessible when visiting Tirumala Lots of good restaurants near by in walkable distance

The sanitary wares such as bathroom sinks and other things needs to be maintained or replaced since it was not in a great condition
