Warning : Be careful with the switches. After heavy rains some of the switches were damaged and we had mild electric shocks , thank god it wasn't deadly. I informed the caretaker and there wasn't any response nor necessary actions were taken to solve the issues. The villa was very badly maintained. The kitchen was untidy. The heaters in some of the rooms were not functioning. The mattresses were worn out. There was water dripping in the bathrooms. I can keep on going.

Cleanliness of bungalow and friendliness of staff.

There was only 1 staff and he was over worked. He was the cook, house keeping and cashier. Secondly, when we arrived previous guests had not vacated. We had to wait for 1 hour though we came 6 hours late.

Facilities, location and amenities were good. .. Staff was friendly, kind.

The cleanliness of the kitchen need to be improved. Tissue paper can be provided for bathrooms. Bathroom fittings need to be improved.

Nice villa to stay with family, staff is cooperative, villa is ammended with all necessary facilities.

Very spacious property in a good location

Not much privacy and possible safety concern since the staff were living within the same house, with access to all rooms. The staff do not seem to be locals.
