Rural views and very quiet even though it was just off the main road. Plenty of space for 5 of us. Comfortable chairs and sofas. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds too!

"Lovely getaway for a long weekend in Windermere"

Lovely views, nice and private with plenty of space for parking. Had everything we needed to stay for a long weekend. The location was very handy for getting into Windermere to go to the pub/shops.

"Lovely stay"

Location is brilliant if you just want to walk into Windermere. House was clean upon arrival, the property was a good size which accommodated four adults, two dogs and a 1 year old. The grounds are lovely and secure with a public footpath taking you into the hills. Absolutely no concerns with this property and wouldn't hesitate to book again

Property was so clean and tidy. All the beds were very comfortable and it was a great base for a family. The location is brilliant, you are just on the edge of Windermere but everything you need is within walking distance and there is a lovely walk directly from the property. Highlights for us was watching the deer in the field behind and making use of the outdoor furniture and bbq in the lovely weather.

Having a dishwasher rather than a washing machine would be much more useful, especially for shorter stays. Doors very heavy
