Important note: There will be no New Year's Eve gala at our hotel on the night of December 31, 2025. Guests are required to present the credit card used to make the reservation upon check-in. Guests using third-party credit cards are required to present a scanned copy of the card and an authorization letter along with a copy of the cardholder's passport. Guests who do not present the above will be charged again and must pre-pay the full payment for their stay. The amount previously charged will be refunded to the credit card originally used. For reservations of more than 7 rooms, different policies and supplements may apply. According to the payment and cancelation conditions of your reservation, a prepayment deposit is required through the 3D secure system to secure your reservation. The property will contact your reservation to provide instructions. Also unencrypted cards and American cards are not accepted for payments made at the hotel.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
