Important note: There will be no New Year's Eve gala at our hotel on the night of December 31, 2025. Guests are required to present the credit card used to make the reservation upon check-in. Guests using third-party credit cards are required to present a scanned copy of the card and an authorization letter along with a copy of the cardholder's passport. Guests who do not present the above will be charged again and must pre-pay the full payment for their stay. The amount previously charged will be refunded to the credit card originally used. "Bel hôtel mais mauvaise cuisine et chambre pas propre"

Les équipements pour les enfants. - Piscine (mais très très froide) - Parcs à la piscine et à la plage. Bonne infrastructure pour les enfants

- La cuisine n’était pas bonne du tout, ça ne correspondait pas du tout à un hôtel 5 étoiles. Beaucoup de plats locaux, très fades. Peu de choix par ex des pâtes uniquement sauce napolitaine. Beaucoup de poulets, les rares viandes rouges étaient extrêmement grasse. - Propreté de la chambre était superficielle. Pas très propre…

Harika bir aile oteli! Çocuklu aileler için gerçekten mükemmel bir tercih. Çocuklar için sunulan aktiviteler ve çocuk kulübü sayesinde hem onlar çok eğlendi hem de biz dinlenme fırsatı bulduk. Yemekler çok lezzetli ve çeşit açısından oldukça zengindi. Restoranlarda herkesin damak tadına uygun seçenekler vardı. Havuzlar temiz, bakımlı ve keyifliydi. Otelin genel atmosferi çok sıcak ve misafirperverdi. Personelin ilgisi ve güler yüzü tatilimizi daha da güzel hale getirdi. Baştan sona kadar her şeyden memnun kaldık. Ailece unutulmaz bir tatil geçirdik ve tekrar gelmeyi şimdiden düşünüyoruz. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz!

Totul a fost f.bine, curățenie, amabilitate, facilități, mancare

Rețeaua wifi..de cate ori reincercai sa te conectezi..trebuia să răspunzi la 10-15 întrebări...la care ai răspuns înainte..și apoi te conectai
