Important note: There will be no New Year's Eve gala at our hotel on the night of December 31, 2025. Guests are required to present the credit card used to make the reservation upon check-in. Guests using third-party credit cards are required to present a scanned copy of the card and an authorization letter along with a copy of the cardholder's passport. Guests who do not present the above will be charged again and must pre-pay the full payment for their stay. The amount previously charged will be refunded to the credit card originally used. Прекрасный отель. Отдыхали с 24.11 по 1.12. Понятно, что уже не сезон. Но жаль, что пирс был уже разобран. Все было прекрасно. Не скучно. Каждый вече шоу или концерт. Разнообразие блюд для меня лично зашкаливало. Я не все блюда попробовала. Персонал дружелюбный. Котики как бонус. Любила их гладить. ))) Жаль, что внешний бассейн не грелся, погода была вполне еще нормальная для купания. Но тем не менее, все понравилось. Даже гроза. )))) Незабываемое шоу молний, грома и ветра )

Можно было внешний бассейн подогреть.

Чистые комнаты, удобный пляж, разнообразие еды.

Неприятный запах который возникал периодически и через 2-3 часа исчезал. В основном вечером или ночью. Кофе просто отвратительный, хуже я никогда не пил. Имею ввиду в отелях 4-5 звезд. Услуга массажа весьма посредственные, вам бы пригласить специалистов из тайланда, филипин, из Китая, думаю было бы намного лучше, поучиться у них есть чему. Детский клуб безобразный. Безразличные аниматоры, детям скучно. Пару дней сын походил, потом отказался наотрез, ходил только разрисовывать лицо и на вечернюю дискотеку для детей.
