Very nice staff. Fresh and tasty breakfast, clean and comfortable room. Very close to Amir Temur mausoleum. You could also walk to Registan Square by foot.

The guest house has an excellent location — only a 5-minute walk to the Gur-e Amir mausoleum and around 15 minutes on foot to Registan. The area is surrounded by parks and boulevards, and since the property is set back from the main street, it stays quiet at night. From our room, we could even see the roof of the mausoleum. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated in a local style. The bathroom and toilet layout inside the room was a bit unusual for us, though it may be common locally. Guests can enjoy complimentary tea and water. Breakfast was freshly prepared by the hosts every morning, with something different each day. In addition, many other food options were already set on the table before we arrived. Portions were very generous — we could never finish everything. The Wi-Fi was stable and reliable throughout our stay. The hosts were especially kind and helpful. Even though we requested a breakfast box for our early checkout late in the evening instead of a day in advance as requested, they still prepared it for us without any problem.
