The location is good — the metro, tram, and bus stations are quite close. There are also shops nearby, such as Lidl, Spar, and DM. The bed is fairly comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with enough utensils and dishes to cook and serve meals.

On the last day of my stay, Saturday at 7 AM, while I was obviously sleeping, someone rang the doorbell insistently and two plumbers entered together with a man who introduced himself as the owner of the apartment, saying they needed to replace the kitchen water meter - all without any prior notice. The apartment is cold and very poorly insulated (you can feel the wind coming through the door and windows). The only source of heating is the air conditioner, which needs to run non-stop, making the air extremely dry. The kitchen is very small and located right at the entrance. The water in the bathroom sink runs very slowly. The shower doors are broken and do not close. There is a lot of dust on top of the cupboards.

Bathroom sink tap had very little pressure.

As other guests have said, this place was like staying in a museum—from the beautiful chandelier to the vintage glassware and of course all of the art. In addition, I loved the location—it’s a bit more “real” BP than staying in the tourist section. That said everything was easy to get to, due to the apartment’s proximity to public transit.

I think this apartment is perfect for a short stay, 1-3 nights. However the kitchen is quite small, and there’s not much clothes storage available to guests, which makes it more difficult to settle into the apartment as a “home.” It’s definitely more of a hotel feel and that’s great for a couple nights.

The apartment is as pictured and clean. The location is great, with lots of places to eat and a supermarket nearby. It is close to the airport bus and to attractions. There is a washing machine and utensils to cook. The instructions for check-in and getting to the apartment are helpful, making getting into the apartment problem-free.

There was nothing in the apartment, such as coffee and tea (which is very normal for apartments to have), and the providers of this apartment only give ONE roll of toilet paper for an entire stay. When asked to provide more, they said it is up to guests to buy it. One of the wonderful things about booking whole apartments is that provisions are often left behind by other guests too, such as oil, coffee etc. This means that many past guests are buying things such as toilet paper for their stay (which is one of the most basic provisions a place should offer) and everything is being taken by the staff running the apartment, and presumably kept - which is not good etiquette. The kitchen is very small and makes it difficult to cook in. The utensils are very basic. One of the two pans cannot be used because of the non-stick, and the drying rack for the washing machine was also broken. There was only one chair at the table, which means two people cannot sit and eat or drink together. Only two towels and a hand towel were provided for two people, meaning you cannot dry your hair and your body at the same time. No extra blankets or towels were stored for guests anywhere else.
