Meraviglia sul Mare

Die Unterkunft war durch die vielen Ebenen ein Abenteuerspielplatz für die Kinder! Wie haben auf Nachfrage auch einen Kinderstuhl bekommen und die Lage in der Altstadt ist wunderbar. Die Küche ist urig und daher sehr charmant, hat aber alles was man braucht und die Heizung hat glücklicherweise auch gut funktioniert Anfang April! Die Aussicht von der Terrasse und aus dem oberen Schlafzimmer ist unglaublich schön und die Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll!

Leider war der Porto Vecchia Strand gesperrt und eine Riesenbaustelle, was auch zu einem längeren Fussweg zum Parkplatz/ Spielplatz geführt hat. Im Sommer ist es dort aber bestimmt grandios! Die Terassenausstattung war leider nicht den Fotos entsprechend aber für die kalten Monate durchaus ok.

La terrazza vista mare

Decine si scalini non menzionati bella descrizione dell'appartamento. Se prenoto selezionando un bambino di 18 mesi, avrei apprezzato essere avvertita del disagio. Cucina all' ultimo piano. Secondo bagno forse 1 metro quadrato.. spiegatele queste cose.

La posizione strategica della casa e la terrazza vista mare

Il secondo bagno era molto piccolo e la pulizia generale della casa poteva essere più accurata

la posizione è perfetta, nella zona pedonale, ma abbastanza vicino ad un parcheggio comunale ampio. Vista mare, terrazza incantevole. Arredamento storico

Ogni stanza è posizionata su un piano, il secondo bagno è molto piccolo, i materassi non sono comodissimi.

The location is excellent to make the most of the old town and swimming spot just below. The view from the top terrace was lovely. With some TLC this could be a beautiful place to stay.

Bathrooms are damp and in poor condition. The second bathroom is tiny and almost unusable. Apartment is narrow and set over 4 levels, each level getting hotter. As a family, there is no communal space to gather and relax, other than the terrace. Presentation needs improvement.

Nejvíce jsme ocenili hlavně lokalitu, atmosféru domu a výhled na moře. Je to krásný starý dům a dvě terasy s posezením a výhledem na moře byly krásné. Klimatizace fungovala dobře a v bytě bylo příjemně. Na pláž jsme viděli z okna a měli ji 4 minuty chůze. Rádi bychom jeli znovu.

Dům má opravdu hodně schodů, pozor na to s dětmi nebo staršími lidmi. Na týden jsme pro 4 lidi měli málo toaletního papíru.
