"I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived. When I left, I could not find my glasses, but one of the staff members found"

The staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful, always available, with a smile. The room was super comfortable, with several electric outlets. The property is on the Laguna and there were free kayaks for use.

The WiFi was spotty. There were no hangers for my clothes.

"Exactly what you need in Bacalar"

Location, kayaks and boards at disposal, breakfast, very friendly staff. Very close to the city center and that eco park. Absolutely perfect 🥰

Was a bit loud because of the street reparation, also hard to go on the street because of that. But they finished when we were leaving so now is perfectly fine.

"A nice view but very overpriced for the facilities!"

Nice view of lake- free paddle boards. Inconsistent breakfast included. There was an ergonomic chair for working and strong WiFi.

They refused me an extra towel. The bed only had a single sheet and when I asked for another they brought me an unclean blanket. The statement pillow seemed to have some sort of bodily fluid on it. The decor was more sparse than the photos. They didn’t do room cleaning unless you ask. It was a little far from town. The ac didn’t stay on full time at night so it got hot and then cold. They tried to charge me a higher rate than online. Not worth the high price.

Loved everything!! The room was big, clean and well equipped, and very comfortable bed! Amazing view! You can take a puddle board for free and sail in the lagoon. Great breakfast freshly made. The team was great, They are very welcoming and helpful! We had a great time here 🤍 Best hotel in Bacalar! Highly recommended
