The Sterling Villas

Loved it here, really nice. Breakfast was amazing!!

A little further out of town but super easy to get bikes to and from, the guards at the gate can sometimes be difficult letting you in on a bike

Hotel isn’t bad at all, some surface level construction defects but nothing bad, however there are a lot of vacant large buildings behind it that don’t seem to be in use that just don’t look great. Road to reception from security points needed to be fixed asap.

The rooms were comfortable and the Villas were very spacious. The environment is away from any busy streets and very quiet in the evenings. The bathrooms were a generous size and the hot water was ever flowing.

The breakfast facility was a little small and we didn't have much separation from neighbouring tables or from families with kids. Grab drivers find it difficult to find the lobby as the maps are not calibrated to precise location. At the time of arrival, we requested a later checkout for 4:00 pm, the cost of a late checkout was almost the cost of an extra night and we decidedly to keep the luggage in the lobby. The lobby shower didn't have hot water so we had to make do with a cold shower. They did however inform us the day of checkout that the shower in the lobby would be ambient.
