Very good value for money. Excellent staff and very good attitude towards customers. Breakfast awesome - especially the one you order from menu. Villas are clean, comfortable and functional. I was worried reading other reviews about location and cleanliness issues but they are not true. Yes the location is bit in the middle of nowhere but that’s you are choosing - secluded place. If you don’t have your own car or bike - it’s difficult to move around. Nothing nearby to eat or shop.

Nothing as such. They charge if you stain linen or towels but that makes sense. If people dirty those things - it costs so it makes sense for them to charge. I left everything clean so they didn’t charge me anything extra.

Inondation dans la chambre sans réaction du responsable d’établissement. Odeur de moisie. Robinet impossible à ouvrir. Baignoire non étanche. Porte vitrée condamnée. Bref la liste est encore longue

The villas are beautiful and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is extremely friendly, the restaurant serves delicious food, and the private pool is excellent.

One thing to note is that the hotel has two entrances. One of them is currently under construction and very difficult to access. When you enter the address in Google Maps or book a Grab, it usually takes you to that entrance. Returning to the main and easier access road takes about 25 extra minutes. I believe it would be helpful to include a clear notice after completing the reservation to avoid confusion. The location is a bit far from everything, but this did not affect the wonderful experience we had at the villas.

Overall, the stay was acceptable at first, but unfortunately one serious incident completely changed my experience and is the reason for this negative rating. During the night, rain started leaking into my room and the entire floor was completely wet. In a situation like this, I would expect a replacement room to be provided first thing in the morning. However, that was not the case. I had to repeatedly ask about the situation, and only after I asked was I told that the new room would not be ready until 3 PM. As a guest, I do not sit in the hotel all day waiting for a room to be prepared. I had plans and was out during the day. In the end, I was only able to move into the new room at 9 PM that evening, which I find completely unacceptable. Additionally, there was no form of compensation offered. I stayed for an entire week, and although a complimentary massage was included in my booking, this does not make up for such a major inconvenience. Having to constantly follow up about when I could access the new room made the situation even more frustrating. On top of that, the property itself feels rather worn down and not very well maintained. It is also located quite far from everything, which makes you feel somewhat isolated. Unfortunately, the surrounding area is not particularly nice either. Overall, this incident and the way it was handled significantly affected my stay, and I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.
