"Great place to stay!"

Great location, easy to find. Gated parking right outside the door. Very comfortable beds. The 10.30 vacation time is great. We have stayed with Victoria and will come to visit again!

A very cosy room,nice and warm on a cold February. Excellent bathroom/shower well appointed with toiletries and big fluffy towels. Plenty of storage space and the "lounge" area across the courtyard was a super idea. It was quiet during my stay so on-site parking was nice and easy

Communication regarding key codes. I drove around for a bit wondering how to get in! But a quick phone call sorted things out and from there on everything was straight forward.

"Value for money,close to amenities & sea front."

Location was good. no breakfast available. Place was clean & heating was there when it was cold.

Alittle small & parking would have been tight if the other rooms were occupied.
