The person I’ve meet was super approachable. Nothing to say but so good . I’ll book again soon .

The flush of the restroom is not working and leaking, the water over flowing if you open .Suggestion: need to repair so I can recommend also to my friends, colleagues.

Swimming Pool Access & Directions: Purchasing swimming pool vouchers was inconvenient, as they had to be bought from Tower 5, while both the pool and our unit were in Tower 1—a long and unnecessary walk. This process could be streamlined by allowing the unit manager to handle purchases in advance other unit managers do this. Additionally, there were no signs or directions provided. When we asked a security guard, he was unaware, but thankfully, a maintenance staff member assisted us. Unit Issues & Amenities: The sink had leaks, and despite messaging the unit manager, we received no response. Water pressure was too weak, making it difficult to bathe, and there were no hooks for towels or toiletries. The toiletries provided were only enough for one person, though we were two. Fortunately, we brought our own. Only one blanket was provided. The utensils had an unpleasant smell, and washing them was a challenge due to the sink leak. The microwave was unplugged and couldn’t be used because the outlet was inaccessible, located behind the refrigerator.
