Listing fails to mention parking fee 300-500php per day. Pictures on the listing page didn’t reflect the actual unit we got. Most of the listed amenities like the pool can be used for an extra fee. Very confusing check in process, security would only accept Philippines ID, not foreign passports. In our units it smelled like mold, we found a cockroach, no hot water, dirty and moldy bathroom.

The rooms had so many issues. The host moved me into a new room because the first room that he provided didn’t have hot water and the bathroom had molds in the cabinets. Toilet seat was broken. Disappointing stay even at the second room that was supposed to be complimentary. The ceiling had a leak in the bathroom ceiling light. I had to convince the care taker that it can cause fire if not take care of immediately.

The contact person put us in a different unit which we didn’t booked, and charged us the same amount!!

Near to convince store, easy access to anywhere since its near to the main road

The room and toilet are not clean, lots of dust. Scam, they told us that our booking room doesn't have any balcony. ( But actually i booked the one with a balcony ) Ask us to upgrade 1000 pesos for 3 nights. When we reached there, actually all the rooms had a balcony 😁 Again they told us, since i booked for 2 adults and brought my daughter. I need to pay 500 pesos per night ( but actually i booked 2 adults and 1 kid, clearly stated on my printed booking.com ) when i show them, they suddenly become muted. 😅 Thank but no thanks

The JRT staff were extremely helpful at any time of the day, they were also very kind, respectful and hospitable. They are willing to assist you to help meet your expectations.

Too many questions being asked all the time by the security at the condo, I understand these are for safety however they are too repetitive and you end up being asked by almost all of them when they see you.
