Location is close to temple

We did not get hot water and when we trying to wake up the staff who slept at reception, they purposely ignored and did not give reply at all. Cleanliness is also the major issue. Lizards are crawling on the floor. Because of this, we left the hotel after one day of stay. We booked this hotel from Booking.com where we book the hotel without paying in advance but when I called hotel, they asked me to pay half to confirm the booking.
