Location is excellent & Staff was very polite & friendly.

It is a new construction and needs some upgrades like coffee / tea pot and supplies, bed side tables. need to have trash Removed in front and side of the entrance.

Their staff is their USP! They try to ensure that the guests are satisfied and make an effort to meet the demands of their guests. This property is located at the bestest possible location in Omkareshwar as this is situated near Mamleshwar Jyotirling, which is opposite of Omkareshwar Jyotirling bridge. If you are lucky, you can get a room whose windows provide one with divine view of Maa Narmada and Omkareshwar Jyotirling right in front. It takes only 100 metres walking to the bridge connecting Omkareshwar Jyotirling, which should be approximately 800 meters away from the property. For Mamleshwar Jyotirling, one has to go straight in the lane from the hotel leading to the temple, which is also the shortest possible route due to the location. One thing i’d like to mention especially that this property was highly accommodating to my sudden change in plans as i had to reschedule my stay twice for some unforeseen reasons! Both the times they had the right to not pay heed to my requests and turn down my requests for rescheduling as the cancellation period had already been passed, but they showed a lot of flexibility, care & empathy by accepting my requests. The room and the washroom were neat and clean. They provided us towels and soaps.

Their rooms are very small. We were 3 people and the room where we stayed had one double bed and one single bed. But there was hardly any space left for the luggage. They don’t have space for a table and a chair and if they put table in the room, then that space is half gone! So this is a big con as the room didn’t have place where we could put eatable stuff or even kettle and cups. So then you are left with only one single option, that is to eat on the bed!! They don’t have their own kitchen, so you have to go outside for the food. Although we got tea, which they took from outside. The biggest minus point is their exorbitant room tariffs keeping in mind their small rooms and amenities barring the great location.
