Ambience (Garden)

Behavior of Staffs was very rude and disrespectful. AC was not working, Rooms are not worth.

Location is far from beach and main city

AC stopped working in Mid night

The staff are extra warm and courteous

We could have had more pillows :-)

The location is good as it's close to the beach and all your service apps like blinkit zomato etc works fine.

AC cooling is not at all sufficient for the room. The locking mechanism of maindoor was not easily functioning and that's very irritating. Bathroom is fine and neat. We stayed for 3nights and nobody bothered to ask for house keeping needed or not. So not sure if we need to call them for this unlike other stays where they will inform us of every service. One thing that needs appreciation is their swimming pool which is very clean n well maintained.

Very beautiful property located in peaceful environment, breakfast was excellent and delicious

Need to work on renovation/whitewash/paint the walls of room as there were many dirty spots etc
