En general muy buen hotel para Mérida. Personal amable, la habitacion limpia y lo mejor era la regadera con la presión de agua perfecta y tuvimos el agua caliente (muy a menudo en Mérida no tienen este lujo!)

Es el tipo de hotel donde tus ventanas salen al paseo interno y así puedes oir todos los sonidos. Nos toco una albercada hasta las once de la noche, huespedes con bebés y los amantes de la música en el pasillo, entonces no pudimos descansar bien.

El personal fue amable con nosotros.

La habitación no tenía ventanas, lo cual no estaba indicado. En las fotos mostradas de la habitación incluso aparecían imágenes con ventana. El desayuno es realmente muy básico; no hay ninguna opción nutritiva ni alternativas sin azúcar, todo es extremadamente dulce. Aunque el precio es bueno, por similar se puede encontrar en Mérida un alojamiento de mejor calidad.

En general el lugar es bueno, relacionado con el costo

Se escucha mucho todo el ruido en las habitaciones, incluso puedes escucha lo que se dialoga en la recepción. Me toco que había instalada familia que se la pasó gritando por los pasillos hasta la madrugada y no les decían nada

"Habitaciones amplias y buenas camas !"

La ubicación es un poco lejos del centro entonces hace al hotel más tranquilo. Las camas Queens excelentes. El desayuno muy bueno(frutas,cereales,tostadas de pan lactal,jugo de naranja), etc. servido por Irene con mucho esmero. El baño grande y buena ducha. Personal de recepción muy gentiles y amables.

Es un poco lejos pero hay Uber y tb en la puerta del hotel hay una parada de bus que con una tarjeta de 20 MXN y un pasaje de 12 pesos estás en el centro en 15 minutos. El aire acondicionado hace un pequeño ruido pero pude dormir igual.
