Nice place, good location, big and clean territory, you can find easily what you want : nice and cozy still place or the place with music, people and activity. Great animation team, enough sport events with good trainers. The sea/the beach is bit further than it was written but it is nog big deal to walk there. Nice spa Azalia with friendly personnel en also "friendly" prijs. Lot of people working at the restaurant, bars and territory - they deserve special "thank you", they were doing their best and did a great job.

Wel...there are some things which could be done better and one of them is room service. During our 14 days of stay, the linen was not changed even once, the floor under the bed was not cleaned also. Menu in restaurant: if you like vegetables and chicken,you are gonna be happy. Otherwise absence of other meat will probably disappoint you.

I like a lot of trees and many swimming pools with nice view of mountains ⛰️

In my room for 2 weeks nobody didn't wash even the floor.The food was terrible.Only on grill was nice and fresh fish and meat.Bakery unfresh and ptepared meals not tasty.Turskish cakes didn't contained even nuts.It is not first line but second.I upgrade to room with sea view, but it wasn't possible, as sea was quite far away.

Location, the sea, food is pretty great, big diversity.

The hotel did not exceed our expectations. We traveled there with my mom. We were promised a room with a good view of the pool or the sea. However, we were put in the farthest and oldest block. There was a cot in our room for some reason, because of which the bed was moved and the table was very far away. We did not even have a balcony, which was promised, we could not dry our things at all. We asked to remove the cot - nobody removed it and it disturbed us and creaked. The safe was filled with trash and dried fish when we opened it. The windows were very dirty and had dirty streaks. The staff at reception and cleaners were very rude, did not go out of their way to help or assist, all had sullen sad faces. It is forbidden to swim in the pools after 8 o'clock. Ice cream was given only from 16 to 17 hours. The choice of food was not very big, if you come 1 hour-30 minutes before closing, normally you will not eat. Breakfast was most disappointing - there are only dry rolls and cheap sausage. No granola, granola or honey you will not find there. There was no fruit at all, only for lunch - apples and small oranges, watermelon only for dinner. To the beach to go 10 minutes on not arranged zone through the markets, where you all call out. The beach is not very beautiful, at 18 closes the bar on the beach, and food only until 16. The pier is not allowed - it is for another hotel. Nothing to do in the hotel - very boring parties, boring even for kids. Terrible area with "theater", very cheap looking performances that were repeated and contests too. The territory is not beautiful, there is nowhere to take photos.

Good staff, relaxing atmosphere, food is always available.

Very small rooms, ants in the balcony, water leaking in the bathroom and the balcony. Sometimes hard to find a table during the dinner and spot on the beach because it is way too many people on the property.
