Nothing, after the bad I experienced

First night when we arrived to hotel, I slept in the lobby because we couldnt get our rooms before 2pm. I wake up to a staff telling me I can go to a temporary room and sleep there instead of lobby. He brings me upstairs and I go to sleep. I wake up to him coming to the room twice while I was sleeping. He ”tried waking me up” by touching me inappropriately. He had no pants on. I wakeup and he panicks and leaves the room. I panick too and go tell my family who are sleeping in the lobby. I didn’t know the staff guy didnt also wake them up when he woke me up.. I wake my family up and my brother and cousin gets so mad at the guy, the guy tries explaining something with his bad english. He was scared so he started saying I can get a free 3 nights in the hotel and stuff like that. I had my own room for 3 nights and my brother and cousin had a room for 6 nights. I ended up going to a family room with them because I was so scared to sleep alone.. He gave me 3 nights free in the room with my family but I didn’t end up taking the offer because my husband came to the hotel after 3 nights.No one believed this at hotel, no way I could’ve made anyone believe because their english is so bad. Young girls, do not travel there alone for your own safety. Worst experience of my life.

The staff was very nice and i like the food. There was more than one swimming pool and i like that cause you could have some quiet time as well by the pool.

There were ants in the room, which i kept killing and had no desk or anything to put things on, and the fridge was leaking. I also had to kill a big bug the first night. I only had the economy room. It looked like the standard rooms were bigger in quality but the difference between the rooms was quite disappointing and even if it was economy room I still expected to look at least pleasant and have no movings living things in my room.

Everything + I recommend ordering a taxi from the hotel

The pool and beach where really relaxing

Wifi did not work properly. We booked 3 nights for relaxing. We had to change the room after one night, which was not so convenient to pack everything again.

Good food that surprises sometimes with ice cream on tuna. Activities for children and adults. Friendly people.

A receptionist called me UGLY. Why did he say that? Please, talk to your personnel to prevent such ill-mannered behavior of the staff. I will not come again to the hotel. Wi-Fi does not work.
