Very poor internet connection. Had to ask many times for a pillow for our extra bed before we finally got one on our third night there.

- Great staff ar the reception, always ready to help (especially impressed by Abdul and the lady), the guy doing massages and the transfer guy Serdar were also great. Also young boys cleaning the tables at the restaurant / working at the bar or as cleaners are very friendly and nice. - Beautiful location and views: the mountains are breathtaking. I have seen only 5 star hotels around Eldar Garden. - Good salads and Turkish sweets at the restaurants. - My relatives arrived at 7 am and still were able to get breakfast and lunch without paying extra. They are quite generous and do not care about these details. - Sauna availability.

- Breakfast could be improved as it did not offer any sweet options besides canned fruit, yoghurts and American pancakes. The yoghurts and canned fruit were tasteless. Croissants or any other pastries were not provided, and only Turkish cheese was offered (I personally had nothing to eat for breakfast). However, if you like eggs, sausages, olives and veggies for breakfast, you will be fine. - The hotel is not clean. My room, when I arrived, had hair of someone else on the floor. The floor is for sure not being washed / cleaned. My towels were not changed by the cleaning service until I asked for it at reception (and then they started to change bedsheets and towels every single day!). I have also seen empty alcohol bottles near stairs in the Block 4. To change the beach towels, I had to go to the cleaning service and ask for it. - My shower did not work but once I escalated it to the reception, the technician was able to repair it quickly. - No juices were available. - Once my relative, an older lady, was not served beer at the sea as the barmen thought it was "too much for her". - The sea is deep: not very suitable for kids or people who cannot swim. - The beach is very narrow

The swimming pools were good and the activities were excellent and exiting specially kids disco and dancing, good location. The house keeping lady on the second floor of the main building was so nice and good.

The staff were rude and no English-speaking and the food was not good and when we ask to make chicken or meat extra well done the staff look surprised and say no and the elevator was so hot and there is only 1 for the building so you should wait long to come and the corredor has no ac and it was hot and they give only 1 keycard for the family which was disappointing. The TV at our room wasn't working also the lights above the TV wasn't working...

The reception is very bad, as he took money from me for a small child, even though I booked two rooms, and each room had three beds, and we were six. I asked him to take the amount by card, but he refused, except for cash. The staff is very bad They hate Arabs, especially an employeeHis name is Ibrahim,He watches me for no reason , as if he is a criminal, telling me to come and go outside And hold my hand tightly , This employee does not belong in a hotel ,The beach is far from the hotel, generally a bad stay
