About the payment the staff need to use POS machine for pay sometimes may be not have cash so this important issue.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Karbala. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I’d like to especially thank Mohamed, Marawa, and Mohamed Ali from the night shift for their exceptional service and warm hospitality. If you’re visiting Karbala, this is definitely the place to stay!

Helpful staff, clean, location in quiet area, walkable distance to shrines.

Shower water drains to bathroom floor. Breakfast could improve.

Every thing was nice and smooth the staff was nice and friendly the place was clean and neat definitely will stay whenever i visit again

تجربه خوبی بود ، اتاق ها تمیز بود . قسمت پذیرش مودب و با رفتار خوب ، مخصوصا اقای سید محمد . نسبتا فاصله تا حرم خوب بود . در نهایت راضی بودم

It was a good experience, the rooms were clean. The reception was polite and well-behaved, especially Mr. Seyyed Mohammad. The distance to the shrine was relatively good. In the end, I was satisfied.
