The rooms are too small, the cabinets take the entire space, far from the Holy Shrine, shuttle service cars are bad and old. The buffet options are ridiculous, not upto standard

I really liked the overall layout and how spacious the rooms felt. The natural light coming in through the windows made the space feel very inviting. I love that the property is in a quiet neighborhood but still close to shops and public transport. It seems like the perfect balance between convenience and privacy.

I liked the property overall, but I was concerned about the delay in delivering the room. It would have been better if the timeline was clearer and more aligned with expectations. Additionally, the property was nice, but I felt that the price was a bit high compared to similar options in the area. It would have been more appealing if it were priced more competitively.

The service they provide and the staff over the counter is mind blowing..

The room was clean and smelled nice, decent queen bed room.

1- Staff was not super professional 2- I booked the rooms using Booking.com and the cost was about $130 (158,000 IQD) but the hotel forced me to pay extra because they use exchange rate of 1500 IQD per1 dollar so the total cost was 192,000 IQD which means I paid extra 35,000 IQD ($25) usd just because they don't have credit card payment which is silly. What a hotel that does not have POS?
