Coral Karbala Hotel

Well I was on 9th floor Mr Mohammah Ali a Super Staff of the hotel I give 5 stars to him but my room washroom seat is Brocken & people who are staying in the hotel smoking in the lobby area outside of there room plus very loud Quran listening & all sound comes outside from there rooms to others which is shameful behaviour of them I ignored it I need to ask 3 times for toilet rolls in 3 days stay which is shames they need to put in the room plus this is not 5 stars hotel they told me this is 4 stars hotel and they don’t take credit card or Bank debit card Only Cash Cash Cash I travel all over the world I never keep Cash because I lost many but how they are running the business in 4 stars hotel only Cash what a shameful behaviour by hotel management of staff

Service was great, breakfast was exceptional, hotel was very clean . Walking distance to the imams

It is a really nice hotel, good location, great service

The only one thing what I would suggest is to lighting in the shisha area to be darker as you guy's have great views, but you can see yourself like in the mirror

The shower has no sliding door, after taking shower i had to mob The water which sbread in bathroom.

Highly recommend !!!! Amazing staff, all very helpful and great Very safe even if forgot my wallet they called me and they did all the needed to send it me back home to kuwait safely, the hotel manager himself helped in this. Breakfast is great and so many variety Lovely location next to the mall 2 mins walking, buses available to take you to the shrine and back even 10 mins walking to imam hussein shrine. Parking available in the hotel. Lovely staying in the hotel, will be back sure next time

There was nothing to dislike.

Cleanliness of the hotel and also a service issue of heater is solved within minutes.The breakfast is also good and have value for the money.

Transfers to Haram and return needs to be improved.
