Coral Karbala Hotel

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the chef who did his best to ensure our meals were to our liking. The manager and reception staff were also very accommodating, and changed our rooms without any problems as we required different rooms to those originally booked.

The hotel is advertised with Booking.com as 5* and this is what we were expecting. However, on arrival we realised the hotel is 4* and therefore not what we expected in terms of room sizes and facilities. Although the manager did his best to make changes to the rooms, we were disappointed that the hotel was not as advertised. This is an issue with Booking.com, and not the hotel itself, and something we shall be taking up with Booking.com

Staff were EXCEPTIONALLY friendly and very prompt to fix any issues Customer service was EXCELLENT! The chef was fantastic- he kept coming to each table making sure that we were satisfied with the food- and even cooked us something that was not on the menu 😍

Booking.com advertises this hotel as 5* on arrival we realised that the hotel was actually 4* - The hotel itself showed 4*s on the entrance door and on the reception desk- so they were not advertising it as 5* - I think this is a mistake by booking.com I thought I got a bargain price for a 5* hotel- but unfortunately it was too good to be true- I accepted the rooms because my stay was short and I couldn’t find 5* hotel vacancies So if you really want a 5* hotel do not choose this one! The rooms were nice but were 4* rooms NOT 5* Also Although an assortment of healthy fruit was being served No sweet deserts available after evening meal!!
