"Great option for those who go for pilgrim/zeyara in the holy city of Karbala to visit the holy sites"

Friendly staff, very close to the holy shrine/mosque, 24 hrs free transportation to and from Imam Hussein holy mosque. Modern cafe at 11th floor serves Hookah/Shishah.

"Average experience"

Reception Staff; helpful and friendly

3 nights and no one bothered to clean our rooms. We kept on requesting for refills but no use. Tiny room, no coffee or tea

The service standards of all the staff are excellent. The manager Mr Ali Razak was exceptional in communication and making sure my stay was super comfortable.

Everything was perfect. Just the unavailability of frequent continent transport was a small discomfort but that’s not the hotels fault as the roads are closed by the local authorities due to crowds.

The food selection was spot on specially breakfast. Location was great 10min walking to imam Hussein shrine. A Shuttle bus dedicated for visitors to the shrine
