The location is perfect for ski in and out of hotel. The staff are so lovely and helpful we keep going back (this was our 3rd visit). The buffet breakfast and dinner is amazing with so much variety.

The onsen facilities need a little renovation but perfectly functional and great after a days skiing.

Breakfast, onsen, close to ski mountain.

Could be a bus to transport you around the mountain to food locations etc. Lack of transport. Was expecting a lot more for our money, hotel felt quite tired and in need of a re-vamp.

Ski in and ski out, excellent location for other dinner spot, mountain coffee and lunch. A second breakfast option by having the coffee shop inside is great if the buffet isn’t for you.
