Hotel Silk Inn Madarao

A great location with friendly staff. Comfortable rooms.

No options for different diets at the dinner or breakfast. Refused to provide non-dairy milk which was disappointing considering everywhere else in town had other options. If they provided a non-dairy option then we could have eaten the breakfast.

Snow, property location, people and staff, ski passes usage by the hour.

No ATM card availability. Bar with wood fire closes at 5pm but would prefer it to stay open longer, Eg 9pm.

驚くことがたくさんありました。 まず、日本語が通じない。私は英語が理解できますが、話せなかったので、翻訳アプリが必要でした。あと、部屋についてはとても不満でした。バスルームでお湯がでない、ヒーターが壊れている、翌朝8時には電気が使えなくなります。大浴場はシャワールームに改装されていて、湯船に入ることができません。 夕食は近くのレストランで食べたかったのですが、どこも予約しないとだめなようで、仕方なく市街地まで行きました。 ホテルのスタッフは対応が良かったです。 このホテルは外国人専用という感じでしたので、海外旅行に行った気分でした。私と子供は大丈夫でしたが、海外経験のない夫にとってはとても辛い体験でした。

Stain on duvet........ No towel provided on first day. Western style beds harder than tatami. Shower feed from sink tap which resulted in full hot or full cold.

ゲレンデが目の前でスノボを楽しみました。 外国人の宿泊客が多く、かつてのスキー全盛期の昭和の時代の斑尾高原の過ごしやすさを知るスキーヤーは、かなりのギャップを感じていると思いました。
