Senaru sunset house

We got really lucky to find this place. Such a great view from the sunset house. Super friendly hosts. Great food. No complaints.

The host Yuli was very friendly wanted to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. The views from the balcony are stunning and the accomodation is a short distance from the beginning of one of the treks up to Mt Rinjani. There are waterfalls to see that are a short distance walk or scooter ride away and a beautiful traditional village is just in front of the accommodation. We enjoyed our experience at Senaru Sunset House.

A lovely young family run this homestay. The view is fantastic. It was so lovely to sit and read and enjoy the peace after visiting the touristy Gili islands. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was really nice. It's not far to walk to the waterfalls. The breakfast was delicious. We experienced three crazy storms during our stay so we moved to Blue mountain guest house which is also a great place to stay.

We spent our better night in Lombok at Senaru Sunset House. Yuli and Ari are very caring hosts, and their two nice rooms have a stunning view on the forest and the Northern Coast of Lombok. Best place for admiring the sunset! But they offer more than hosting you : we had such a nice time with them discussing about the life in Lombok. Ari played the guitar for us, and we were amazed by his talent. He sings Nirvana's songs perfectly, Kurt is back! And Yuli cooked for us traditionnal Lombok food (urap urap), It was delicious. Last but not least: you will never find a better value for money. Don't be deterred by finding their place : it is just behind the traditionnal Senaru village. Very worth looking for it!!

everything was very good

We liked everything - the room seemed to us totally new and was perfectly clean, breakfast was delicious and views on the rain forrest were perfect. Great value for money.
