"Incredible views, amazing amazing food, exceptional service - but bring your own sheets and mosquito nets"

I loved its perfect location on the hill overlooking the entire countryside and the valley in between Rwanda and Tanzania. I liked the architecture, the mindfulness of how it was all set up.
Everything was so amazing. Except for one thing. Bugs. The mosquito mesh on the open parts of windows and the door guards didn’t full seal and thus there were multiple geckos and frogs that came in. They made us uncomfortable. Also I woke up with bugs having fallen all over me from the ceiling. Like many many bugs fall from the thatch ceiling and they are very itchy bugs

"A true gem with INCREDIBLE views"

The most beautiful and best place I’ve ever stayed at. Incredible views from the restaurant and from every room - views on the Akagera Park and on the most amazing sunrise. Very neat and pretty accommodations - comfortable beds, everything clean, terraces with incredible views on the park and lakes, where you can spend hours stargazing. Staff also amazing: special thanks to JD who really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and good.
Nothing - this place is a true gem

"The perfect place to stay after a long and exciting safari"

We stayed in one of the tents and had the most amazing view over the valley and the national park. The staff is extremely friendly and the service was more than we could have asked for. Great food, nice breakfast, and a beautiful calm atmosphere.
The pool is rather small, but nonetheless great for a quick dip!
