Die Lage der Lodge über dem See ist hervorragend. Man hat die Gelegenheit die Sterne zu beobachten und bei Tag auf den See hinunter. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Der Nationalpark ist 10 Min mit dem Auto entfernt. Jedes Häuschen hat ein eigenes Badezimmer. Das leckere Frühstück wurde mit uns abgestimmt und stand wunschgemäß , je nach Tagesaktivität , pünktlich auf dem Tisch.

A warm welcome and helpful friendly staff gave a great first impression. But nothing prepared me for the amazing view! Our room was beautiful, rustic, clean, with great facilities and a private terrace with incredible views. The service, food quality and variety were excellent. We were asked to order our meals in advance to prevent undue delays and it was always ready right on time and served with a smile. The staff are so friendly and go above and beyond, taking account of individual requests and preferences. The pool is a nice spot to cool off after a trek or safari. In the evening there is a fire pit where we enjoyed pre dinner drinks and chats with staff and other guests.

Nothing in particular. Older guests with mobility issues should be aware that some of the paths to the rooms are quite steep. The lodge is situated in a lovely, but quite remote, spot so food and beverage options may be limited to the hotel restaurant and the prices do reflect that…but the food quality and service do match with the prices. The pool needs some sunbeds and shades - but we were assured these were on the way!
