The location was great

The apartment needs some love. Only three bowls for four people. Double bed mattress sags in the middle. WiFi is slow. TV remote is sticky and does not work very well. Shower drain is slow so the bathroom floods if shower is on full….

No hooks in bathroom or by outside door.

Easy access using a door code.

The property needs a deep clean

Probably the best thing was the location, but it is not worth the money you pay for it.

The apartment wasn't properly cleaned - left water bottles from previous tenants, coffee trash, hair on the floor and beds, bacon smell in the kitchen, dirtiness in general (photos attached) - beds were terribly uncomfortable and heating wasn't regulable, so it was very cold. The front (main) door was left open almost every time, which didn't make you feel safe. Trash and bins were piling up at the entrance, which made the whole road smell.

Nicole provided excellent service throughout the stay.

Good all rounder.
