Good location

Not clean at all bathroom way to small for 4 people to share…we were not told about the height from ground level at the back of apartment … It’s a nice apartment modern but in need of a deep clean… dust everywhere, hairs everywhere and only one bin in kitchen and it was disgusting. We know the area well and chose the location to suit our needs. Double room too small and not a space to set your toiletries etc very uncomfortable bed pillows too hard… sorry but we were not impressed. Staff were lovely I spoke to one lady about replacing bulbs and concerning the cleaning issues… she was very pleasant but sadly after a housekeeping visit there was no improvement …living room lamp still didn’t work and bin still stank and was filthy.

The location is fantastic and very convenient. The leaking shower was attended quite quickly once we managed to notify them. The staff were helpful and friendly.

A cockroach welcome us from the toaster! The cutleries in the drawers were not clean. A wiping cloth and better and cleaner bin would make it easier for us to tidy up after each meals. Hooks in bathroom and a shelf would make the toilet more user friendly. The toilet lights sensor requires adjustment as it's motion sensor and keeps switching off when one is in the shower! Instruction to use the washing machine would have been helpful. The bedding could be improved.

Great location - very central - walking distance to the Bristol museum, supermarket, many shops, restaurants and the university. The apartment layout was good - kitchen/ livingroom, both bedrooms were reasonable in size. High ceilings and big windows. Plenty of space/racks to hang up your clothes and unpack.

The beds were very uncomfortable. Mattresses were too soft and worn. The two single beds were very small ( good for children) but not for my teen daughter and son ( and they are normal in build/weight). The bathroom sink was barely useable because of the very small size especially the faucet so we ended up brushing our teeth in the kitchen sink. The shower would not drain properly. Finally, the "fully stocked"kitchen was disappointing - the pots and pans were pathetic - the teflon on the pots were scraped so badly and chipping off that we did not cook in the kitchen and ate out every night although we had planned on cooking our meals.

Accommodation was spacious good location area very quiet

I felt the outside on the building was a bit grubby also though the entrance hall could have been cleaner

Apartment is in a cute old building in Clifton, Bristol. It's a student area and close to the university.

Two hours before check-in we were told they had double booked the first night of our stay. They offered a refund of the night or to stay in another apartment they owned on the other side of town. The other apartment was not convenient to where we needed to be and luckily we could arrange to stay with friends nearby. This error by Nap added additional stress, time and cost to our trip which I was very disappointed about.

Perfect location. Nice views. Nap were available at all times to deal with any issues and were dealt with promptly

Quite warm. Unable to open windows on top floor. Top floor flat stuffy and warm. Had to take luggage up three flights of stairs. More kitchen items needed. Bed settee on top floor not fit for purpose
