it is a nice big apartment, the location is good, the beds are comfortable.

the shower drain wasn’t working, they sent someone but unfortunately the problem wasn’t solved. They only provide 2 toilets rolls for 4 people staying for 5 days.

Good location, great to have independent facilities, good shops nearby. Dishwasher tablets and cleaning supplies were appreciated.

Could do with updating. Sensor light in bathroom was annoying. Could do with a few more hooks in bathroom and better tables and lights in the bedroom. Kitchen work surface was a bit small. Extra toilet rolls would be good.

Great location and nice warm apartment

Wording in the leaflet about accommodation, such as ‘ don’t pilfer the products in the bathroom. ‘. Could be worded much better. Also list of fines for noise , late check out etc. Just could be phrased much better. Being emailed a list of things to do on leaving - empty bins and put the rubbish out etc. Would have been nice to have a small welcome pack eg pint of milk/ biscuits . So a lovely location and apartment but communications / wording left a negative vibe.

All facilities were goog except the toilet seat which was loose, and needs fixing

Excellent location for both Clifton and the city centre

The photos on booking.com did not show our actual apartment. The decoration was tired/ grubby. Windows filthy. The mattress on the double bed was lumpy and not comfortable.

Location was a neighborhood on the outskirts of Bristol not in the city center. The home is in an older building with lots of neighbors and inadequate ventilation. Smoking and cooking smells lingered. Top floor does nothing to describe the ancient spiral staircase you have to drag luggage up sideways. Uneven floors and crooked stairs led me to question safety.We called a cab and left immediately.

Manager would not address access or condition issues. No credit given for a unit we did not stay in. We choose to walk away from almost 700 USD instead of staying here. I was sure that if there was a fire or emergency the route down was catastrophic. DON'T STAY HERE.

Location excellent. Linen and towels good quality. very clean.

Basic furniture with limited seating. Whole building smelled of cigarette smoke - unclear where this was coming from
