Kleopatra Ada Hotel - All Inclusive

Upon arrival at the hotel, I was informed by the staff that they would not honor my confirmed reservation. They claimed there was a "problem with the price" and told me to cancel the booking. When I refused, they denied me check-in. Furthermore, they refused to allow me access to their Wi-Fi or telephone to contact Booking.com for support. I was told I could only use these services if I agreed to book a new room at a higher price, which I believe constitutes coercive behavior. This experience was distressing and unprofessional. I had a confirmed reservation, which forms a legally binding agreement between myself and the hotel. Their refusal to honor it, and their attempt to force me into a more expensive booking while cutting off my ability to contact support, is unacceptable.

Drunken tyranny, lawlessness.

Location. Close to the public beach. Staff, reception and dining room were very Attentive and helpful. Most spoke English. Fresh food every day, including meat. Price/value is great!

Quality of linens, bathroom fixtures are a bit rundown. Not US 4* quality. Overall interior needs a little refreshing.

Everythink were amazing and funny ı spend good time food and barbekü evety time different so delicius ı spend good time and ı knowed lot of friends from lot of country specialy thanks to manager of the hotel who name is uğur helped me so much he is always smiling good smile

The place is really nice especially the restaurant.

All-inclusive meals were very nice and delicious. The animation and poolside barbecue were excellent. The hotel is close to the sea and you can see the sea castle and cable car from the rooms.
