Relatively close to city center(1,4 km), nice garden

They have karaoke nights and do not tell the customer up front and if you want to sleep at a reasonable hour, good luck. I asked my room to be changed to a back room they did it at the second request 45 min later and it was a downgrade. Karaoke was supposed to finish at 10 and but finished at 10:55 pm. Although next morning manager apologized but after the fact, my rest was impacted let alone the aggravation I had.

Everyone was extremely hospitable. The food was affordable and the room was comfortable.

There was some construction going on and the wifi didn’t work.

Breakfast and dinner are very taste. The personnel always available to help you. Nice and quite location.

Bathrooms, no hot water even when electricity was working properly.

Location was very good for us, only a 5 minute drive from Moshi main town. In a very nice quiet street and just a short 5 min walk to some local food options. The staff were excellent, very friendly and attentive to our needs during the stay. Nice atmosphere with greenery. They also had activities like painting classes and karaoke night if it interests you. Restaurant available with meals during day and night - yummy food and drinks

Wifi could have been stronger at times but was still manageable. Some holes in the mosquito net in our room however there was no mosquitos in the room that we could see so wasn’t too much of a problem
