Great breakfast healthy cafe and tee . Many flowers and trees . Close to attraction tourist place. Very clean. Lovely workers and helpful.

They put us first in a different hotel. Very close, but low level. Dirty sheets, dirty walls. Moved us in the morning in the booked room, but no discount, no compensation.

Staff were all excellent helpful and friendly. Good location for shops and town centre short walk

Great place, staff super funny and pretty. Fromhere you can see the Kilimangiaro, amezing. Breakfast very good.

We really enjoyed our stay at royal wonders. Specially Viktor made our stay unique and he was always very friedly, polite and helpful. The accomodation is very clean and the Garden green:) they currently build a Pool in the garden to have some more relaxing hours after a hike 👌

Everything went wrong from the start: On arrival the receptionist wasn't expecting us and had to show my booking.com confirmation. She didn't know what room we had booked or how much we were supposed to pay - I had to tell her! When I asked for WiFi password (I had to take a work call) I was told that WiFi was not working and it might be fixed tonight or the next day. I said the reason I booked this place was because it advertised it had WiFi so I can work. We were then moved to their other hotel down the road. We had to pay same price for a much lower standard and the room we were given was like a cave with no daylight: Window was covered with a chipboard and sockets were hanging off the wall. Tap was leaking and nearly came off. Shower was not working, water was cold and only lukewarm intermittently. Wifi was slow and didn't work properly. At the breakfast only coffee or milk is included, we were not told the juice is not included and they tried to charge us for the juice on our departure. The manager of Kilimanjaro Summit Lodge or Royal Wonders does not care to maintain the property or for the safety of their clients so stay away from these places and go somewhere else.
