Cozy place a few km out of the city, very friendly staff. Nice food. Safe.

Laundry was very expensive compared to other places.

Great breakfast. The hotel did arrange a shuttle service from the airport at very late notice - which was incredible service.

Only cash was available - no eftpos, and no change for any denominations. However, the initial booking I made through booking.com was not honored.

An oasis in the midst of Moshi. Green, lush and with wonderful setting areas everywhere. The swimming-pool is also nice. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. They always tried to make sure that I'm ok.

The hotel is the definition of perfection when it comes to calmness, surrounded by nature, the friendliness of the staff, and food provided by the kitchen. We were able to check in and have breakfast around 7 am in the morning after spending a sleepless night and book a sightseeing trip with very short notice, thanks to the director of the hotel and the staff. This exceeded our expectations. Everyone is very polite, efficient and friendly here. Special mention: The hotel has a spectacular view of Mount Kilimanjaro.

Breakfast was great, plentiful servings and excellent service. Coffee and tea available at all times
