Розташування в центрі Верони, всі у пішій доступності. Чисто. Кімнати одна і кухня-студіо. Досить чисто. Все працює. Є кавомашина і капсули до неї. Інструкція чітка та зрозуміла. Є підземна платна парковка.

Не зручні подушки.

WiFi didn’t work at all, and the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The place was clean, but overall I wouldn’t recommend it.

Location was brilliant - literally around the corner to Verona Arena and all the shops. The city car park is also around the corner, which was so convenient and a supermarket is right next door. Apartment had everything you would need. Instructions on how to access the apartment was very good. Manager response to issue raised was excellent (thank you!).

The sofa bed. This is an issue if you need to use it as a bed. When folded out it the mattress is extremely thin and not flat. Jennifer, the Manager, was excellent when this was raised and brought around a new mattress topper but even with this an adult won't get a good sleep on it. This didn't stop us enjoying our trip though 😉

It was spacious and comfortable and a fantastic location

Didn’t have a washing machine for our long stay, perhaps fresh towels half way through ?

The checkin and checkout process was very smooth. Photos are accurate and the facility was well equipped. It was also very convienient to have the supermarket right under and its parking space that was used for parking (18 euros per night).

Good size. Clean. Central. Quiet inside. Adequate

Washing machine not working. Pillow were flat and inadequate. No salt or pepper. No cooking oils. No body soap for shower. Only a bottle of shampoo. No dish towel. No face cloth to wash our face. Italians may not be used to wash cloth.
