Location

The smell of urine in the room, possibly from animals. Location is good . But The smell of urine in the room, possibly from animals. Terribly uncomfortable bed.

Flat itself was v pleasant. It would have been good if there had been some tea towels/ oven mitts.

The aspect on to the flat roof - the desciption said the flat fronted onto a courtyard, I had assumed that this meant an atrium, not the roof of the floor below. I didn't like the lack of security/ potential vermin etc

This is a lovely, high spec flat right in the heart of Verona. It's very clean, tidy and spacious with good quality facilities. The flat was bright and airy and the host was very helpful.

If I criticised anything, it would be the sofa bed the kids slept on which was squeaky. For our bed, I would have appreciated enough pillows for two each. I could only find one spare. Both can be easily rectified. The other thing to think about is parking - we arrived on a wet day so the centre was chaotic and it took us ages to find somewhere to park.
