Wyndham Ion Majestic Genting Highlands

It was a pretty decent stay. The room was clean, tidy, and well maintained. Everything was in good condition, so I had no complaints about the room itself.

I was quite surprised that guests have to pay just to access the rooftop. If we are staying at the hotel, we should at least have the opportunity to enjoy the rooftop view. Charging extra for professional photography services would make sense, but simply accessing the rooftop to enjoy the scenery should be included. I was also disappointed that requesting a higher floor comes with an additional charge, even on weekdays. I can understand this policy during weekends when occupancy is high, but on weekdays it would be more reasonable to either reduce the fee or offer higher floors on a first come, first served basis. The hotel was not busy at all, and we arrived early. In addition, it would be helpful if the staff could explain how to use the key card in the lift during check in. Clearer signage for the Wyndham parking area would also improve the guest experience, as we accidentally ended up at the wrong building because it was not clearly marked.

The Stay, Room , Location everything was good.

The lift availability, even though there are 9 lifts available, you will have to wait for 15 mins during the morning Breakfast time and check out time.
